You
have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or
exchange your item(s). To return or exchange an item simply call
(1-888-307-4200) or E-mail (staff@jaysboardshop.com). We will then
give you a return authourization number. Wrap or box the item(s) and
write the return authorization number on the outside of the box and
send it to the address below.
Please Note: Upon
shipping back your return/exchange to JaysBoardshop, all items must
be in condition as shipped to you. Shoe boxes must be wrapped or
boxed and shipped complete, Clothing must be clean and unwashed (Due
to further sale of the item's').
Defective Items If
you feel your item(s) is defective please call (1-888-307-4200) and
explain in detail the defectiveness of your item(s).
Please note: Most shoes are under warranty for 30 days
for manufacturer defects. This does not include wear from
skateboarding or any other abuse to your shoes. Skateboards are
usually 15 day warranty against delamination. This does not include
breadage, water or sun delamination. JaysBoardshop does not
guarantee an exchange or credit on a defective item(s).
Shipping
& Handling Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D's.
JaysBoardshop prefers you ship UPS or Fed Ex. Therefore, you will
automatically have an insured package and proof of delivery. USPS is
also okay, but be sure to ask for insure and comfirmation. Also, on
any free shipping offers, when returning an item for a refund,
customer will be billed the regular shipping rate for that
item.
